NeuroSolutions Video Tour

Watching our NeuroSolutions product videos is a great way to learn more about specific features and benefits of the NeuroSolutions neural network software. The videos will launch in a separate window (820 x 630).

NeuroSolutions Video Library

This video was introduced in the November 2009 NeuroSolutions Newsletter as a NeuroSolutions Tip Box. This video demonstrates a new feature available in the upcoming NeuroSolutions 6.0 called Input Projection. Input Projection is a technique of dimension reduction that applies a mapping of the multi-dimensional space into a space of fewer dimensions.

This video was introduced in the August 2009 NeuroSolutions Newsletter as a NeuroSolutions Tip Box. This video demonstrates a new feature available in the upcoming NeuroSolutions 6.0 called Greedy Search and Back Elimination. Greedy Search and Back Elimination are input search methods used in finding the best inputs to use for solving your problem.

This video was introduced in the June 2009 NeuroSolutions Newsletter as a NeuroSolutions Tip Box. This video demonstrates how the Custom Solution Wizard takes an existing neural network created with NeuroSolutions and automatically generate and compile a Dynamic Link Library (DLL). This allows you to easily incorporate neural network models into your own applications that are 100% royalty free!

This video was introduced in the April 2009 NeuroSolutions Newsletter as a NeuroSolutions Tip Box. This video demonstrates the Probabilistic Neural Network and comparing it to a standard Multilayer Perceptron network using OCR data.

This video was introduced in the February 2009 NeuroSolutions Newsletter as a NeuroSolutions Tip Box. This video demonstrates one of the enhancements made in NeuroSolutions 5.0, the addition of the Leave-N-Out Training algorithm for NeuroSolutions for Excel.

Levenberg-Marquardt (3:32)
This video was introduced in the November 2008 NeuroSolutions Newsletter as a NeuroSolutions Tip Box. This video demonstrates one of the most significant enhancements made in NeuroSolutions 5.0, the addition of the Levenberg-Marquardt learning algorithm. Levenberg-Marquardt (LM) is one of the most efficient higher-order adaptive algorithms known for minimizing the MSE of a neural network.

Finding Input-Output Relationships (3:06)
This video was introduced in the August 2008 NeuroSolutions Newsletter as a NeuroSolutions Tip Box. This video demonstrates the value of finding the input-output relationships using Sensitivity About the Mean feature in NeuroSolutions for Excel.

Static Probes and Stacking (5:41)
This video was introduced in the June 2008 NeuroSolutions Newsletter as a NeuroSolutions Tip Box. This video demonstrates configuring a breadboard in NeuroSolutions for static probes and stacking.

Configuring a Breadboard for Discrimination Plots | Power of Support Vector Machine (SVM) Networks (4:53)
This video was introduced in the April 2008 NeuroSolutions Newsletter as a NeuroSolutions Tip Box. This video demonstrates configuring a breadboard in NeuroSolutions for discrimination plots and the power of Support Vector Machine (SVM) Networks.

Configuring a NeuroSolutions Breadboard for Image Classification (6:33)
This video was introduced in the February 2008 NeuroSolutions Newsletter as a NeuroSolutions Tip Box. This video demonstrates configuring a breadboard in NeuroSolutions for image classification.

Receiver Operating Curves (ROC) Thresholds (5:48)
This video was introduced in the December 2007 NeuroSolutions Newsletter as a NeuroSolutions Tip Box. The video demonstrates the usage of Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) matrices and how they are used to show how changing the detection threshold affects detections versus false alarms. If the threshold is set too high then the system will miss too many detections. Conversely, if the threshold is set too low then there will be too many false alarms.

Introduction to Neural Networks and NeuroSolutions

What is a Neural Network? (30:00)
The week-long Neural Network Course held twice per year in various locations around North America gives the participants a broad overview of both neural network theory and the NeuroSolutions software. One of the instructors recorded a 30-minute segment of this course, which covers some of the introductory material.
